1. Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.

2. E-commerce Marketing Specialist
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions on Riize.shop.
  • Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Analyzing performance data and adjusting marketing efforts to achieve desired results.
  • Coordinating email campaigns and promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).

3. Web Developer
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the design team to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Implementing website updates, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Optimizing website performance for speed and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web development tools.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
